Who can attend the courses?

MK Business Management courses are open to individual professionals, corporate teams, and organisations seeking to enhance business skills and management capabilities. Some courses may have prerequisites or recommended experience levels, which will be indicated in the course description to ensure delegates gain the maximum benefit.

Courses are conducted in English. Delegates should have a good command of the language to fully benefit from participation.

MK Business Management courses are designed to be highly interactive and practical, combining trainer-led sessions with group discussions, case studies, and real-world exercises. Our methodology emphasizes active participation, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring delegates can immediately apply the skills and knowledge gained to their professional roles.

Yes. A substitute delegate may attend in place of the original participant, provided the change and delegate details are communicated before the programme begins.
Please ensure the replacement delegate is at an appropriate level for the course.

Fees may apply if confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred within four weeks of the programme start date. Where possible, a substitute delegate may be nominated. If no substitute is available, fees may be held on account for future bookings under the following terms:

  • 4 weeks or more before the start date:
    100% of fees credited towards future bookings
  • 2–4 weeks before the start date:
    50% of fees credited towards future bookings
  • Less than 2 weeks before the start date:
    100% cancellation fee applies

Courses are only cancelled in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, you will be notified in writing and offered a place on the next available or suitable programme.

Open courses are held in Dubai at a 5-star hotel. Specific venue details will be confirmed in the course Joining Instructions.
Online courses are conducted live and take place at the scheduled timings previously communicated.

  • Registration: First day between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Course start: 9:00 AM
  • Trainer-led sessions conclude: 4:00 PM

Tea, coffee, and lunch breaks are scheduled during the day.
Graduation takes place on the final day of training.

MK Business Management’s online courses are delivered entirely through live virtual sessions, allowing direct interaction with instructors and fellow participants in real time. There is no pre-recorded content. Participants engage in interactive activities such as quizzes, case studies, and group discussions, ensuring a fully immersive learning experience.
Delegates are required to have a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment free from distractions. All course materials are provided prior to the programme.

Delegates receive soft copies of all presentations, handouts, and case studies delivered by trainers and consultants during the programme. Materials are sent electronically following the course.

An achievement certificate is awarded at the end of the course based on active participation and full attendance.

Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 16 delegates, allowing ample time for discussion, debate, and group interaction.

Delegates are encouraged to dress in smart casual or business attire during both in-person and online courses. Professional conduct is expected throughout the programme, including punctuality, active participation, and respectful engagement with trainers and fellow participants. Following these guidelines ensures a productive and collaborative learning environment for all.

MK Business Management can assist delegates in obtaining a UAE visit visa when required to travel to the country. Visa approval is subject to the requirements and discretion of UAE immigration authorities.
